OIL Tank replacement - Replacement of 275-gallon oil tank with a Granby 240-gallon oil tank in accordance with specifications provided by Petro Home Services. Upon disposal of the tank a disposition statement must be provided on the company's letterhead with a copy of the scrap receipt prior to final inspection and for the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance.
