RESIDENTIAL ROOF- re-construction of the roof frame due to storm damage and replacement of front roof only in accordance with the 2025 Uniform Code of New York State, the scope of work and plan provided by Unlimited House Design, LLC dated September 11, 2026. Provide photos of the roof stripped, framing, sheathing, Ice & Water Shield (must be 2’ inside the thermal envelope), underlayment installed, flashings, plumbing vents, valleys before shingles, etc. work before shingles. An electrical inspection with certificate is required for the final inspection and for the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance.
