RESIDENTIAL REPLACEMENT BOILER

Boiler replacement- replacement of the existing oil-fired boiler with a LP gas-fired Boiler by Navien model #NCB240/130 in accordance with manufacturer’s installation instructions and specifications. Gas check and electrical inspection with certificate is required for the final inspection for the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance. OIL Tank removal - Removing the existing twin oil tanks in accordance with specifications provided by JSP Home Services. Upon disposal of the tank a disposition statement must be provided on the company's letterhead with a copy of the scrap receipt prior to final inspection and for the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance.
