RESIDENTIAL OIL TANK INSTALL or REMOVAL

Oil tank removal- removal of two oil storage tank in the Basement of the house. Acceptable sampling must be performed with a calibrated P.I.D. meter. Should sampling reveal unacceptable levels, then remediation must occur under a spill report and guidance by N.Y.D.E.C. regulations. Upon disposal of the tank a disposition statement must be provided on company letterhead and a copy of the scrap receipt. Boiler replacement- JSP Home Services to replace the existing oil-fired boiler with a LP Gas Boiler by Bradford White model # BFTHF199 in accordance with manufacturer’s installation instructions and specifications. A gas check must be Preformed and passed before A final inspection and is required for issuance of a Certificate of Compliance.
