OIL Tank replacement - Replacement of 275-gallon above ground oil tank with 3 120 LBS LP tanks in accordance with specifications provided by Petro Home Services. Upon disposal of the tank a disposition statement must be provided on the company's letterhead with a copy of the scrap receipt prior to final inspection and for the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance. Boiler replacement- replacement of the existing oil-fired boiler with a Alta Combi by Us Boiler Company model #ALTAC-136 in accordance with manufacturer’s installation instructions and specifications. A passed gas check must be performed and submitted for A final inspection is required for issuance of a Certificate of Compliance.
