OIL Tank replacement - Replacement of 275-gallon oil tank with a _________ 275-gallon tank and basement renovations in accordance with plan by Donald L. Zeller, Architect dated 24 August 2026 and specifications provided by Dutchess Environmental Construction. Upon disposal of the tank a disposition statement must be provided on the company's letterhead with a copy of the scrap receipt prior to final inspection and for the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance.
