RESIDENTIAL OIL TANK INSTALL or REMOVAL

Boiler replacement- replacement of the existing oil-fired boiler with a LP gas fired condensing boiler by Navien model #NHB-110H in accordance with manufacturer’s installation instructions and specifications. Oil tank removal- removal of an underground oil storage tank in the basement of the house. Upon disposal of the tank a disposition statement must be provided on company letterhead and a copy of the scrap receipt. An electrical inspection with certificate and a gas check is required for the final inspection and the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance.
