RESIDENTIAL DEMO

DEMOLITION- Existing dwelling unit to have Interior removed under the safety plan provided and hauled away in containers to be properly disposed. Dust and debris must be contained by water spray while performing demolition activities and place into containers to be covered for transport. All utilities should be disconnected before commencing demolition activities. Lab results for asbestos is required for the Final Inspection and issuance of a certificate of Compliance.
