RESIDENTIAL DEMO

DEMOLITION- Existing Manufactured dwelling unit to be demolished under safety plan provided and hauled away in containers to be properly disposed. Dust and debris must be contained by water spray while performing demolition activities and place into containers to be covered for transport. All utilities should be disconnected at the street before commencing demolition activities. All disturbed soils are to graded, seeded and mulched prior to Final Inspection and issuance of a certificate of Compliance.
