RESIDENTIAL SOLAR PANELS

SOLAR PANELS- 6.60 kW DC, 11.50 kW AC with 15 roof mounted solar panels and 1 inverter with integrated Battery in accordance with 2025 Uniform Code of New York State and the plans provided by Infinity Energy dated 7/2/2026, for which the Engineer of record has certified the roof structure can support the additional loading. An electrical inspection with certification is required for the final inspection and issuance of a Certificate of Compliance. RESIDENTIAL ROOF replacement in accordance with the 2025 Uniform Code of New York State and the scope of work provided. Provide photos of the roof stripped, any sheathing repairs, Ice & Water Shield (must be 2’ inside the thermal envelope), underlayment installed, flashings, plumbing vents, valleys before shingles, etc. work before shingles. A final inspection is required for the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance.
