Windows & Doors- removing existing windows and installing replacement windows in accordance with the 2025 Energy Conservation Construction Code of New York, the manufacturer’s installation instructions and listing requirements. PLUMBING & ELECTRICAL- Replacing existing equipment, installing a new in accordance with specifications and manufacturer's installation instructions. An electrical inspection with certificate is required for the final inspection and issuance of a Certificate of Compliance.
