Interior Repair: Demolition and repair of existing Apartment that sustained fire, water and heat damage in a fire with existing footprint in accordance with the 2025 Residential code of New York State. All necessary inspections must be performed and an electrical inspection with certificate before the final inspection Along with any requested certifications for issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy.
