Provide photos of the roof/siding stripped, any sheathing repairs flashings, house wrap or Zip with windows and doors sealed before siding installation, Ice & Water Shield (must be 2’ inside the thermal envelope), underlayment installed, flashings, plumbing vents, valleys before shingles, etc. work before shingles. A final inspection is required for the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance.
