RESIDENTIAL DECK

DECK- replacement of existing deck with new concrete footings and a pressure treated frame. New pressure treated decking and railings. In accordance with the plan provided, approved, dated 9/9/2026 and associated notes in reference to 2025 Residential Code of New York State. Inspections are required and a final inspection for the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance.
