RESIDENTIAL ABOVE GROUND POOL

Aboveground pool- installation of a 15' A/G Pool in accordance with the 2025 Uniform Code of New York State. All A/G pools must provide a 48" tall barrier, ladder must be up in locked position when not in use, an alarm must be active in the pool when not in use and proper electrical service and grounding. An electrical inspection with a certificate is required for the final inspection and the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance. Pools are not to be used until a Certificate of Compliance is issued.
