RESIDENTIAL ABOVE GROUND POOL

Aboveground pool and deck- installation of a 15' X 54" A/G Pool and a new 12x8 Deck with new concrete footings and pressure treated frame. New railings of composite materials. in accordance with the 2025 Uniform Code of New York State and plans provided. All A/G pools must provide a 48" tall barrier, ladder must be up in locked position when not in use, an alarm must be active in the pool when not in use and proper electrical service and grounding. An electrical inspection with a certificate is required for the final inspection and the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance. Pools are not to be used until a Certificate of Compliance is issued.
