RESIDENTIAL IN-GROUND POOL

Residential Inground pool- installation of a 16' X 36" with a 3' spill over trough I/G Pool in accordance with the 2025 Uniform Code of New York State and plan by Aqua Jet Pools dated 7/31/2026. All I/G pools must be provided with a 48" tall barrier, self-closing self-latching gates that open outward, an alarm must be active in the pool when not in use and any doors or windows must be alarmed if they are within the barrier, proper electrical service and grounding. An electrical inspection with a certificate is required for the final inspection and the issuance of a Certificate of Compliance. Pools are not to be used until a Certificate of Compliance is issued.
