Building Permit

Construct a new infill wall using 2x6 wood framing, R-19 insulation and 1/2 inch ext sheathing over existing concrete slab. remove existing exterior door framing, install 2 new windows and widen an interior doorway to connect rooms. Electrical wiring will be relocated or modified as needed and performed by homeowner while framing, finishes and final details will be verified prior to construction.
