Reconfigure existing plan layouts on floors 1 & 2. Create 2nd floor to new finished attic. Attic work to include the addition of front and rear shed dormers and the addition of a new ridge beam. Hipped front porch to be removed and replaced with a flat roof and decorative railings. Entire attic to be converted to unvented roof assembly. Fireplace and chimney from roof to foundation.
