Replacing auto cover for pool. We plan to replace the auto cover with new auto cover and propose removing the barrier fence and using the new auto cover as the code compliant barrier. All other changes cosmetic (tile, coping and plaster). THIS SWIMMING POOL/SPA UTILIZES A POWERED SAFETY COVER COMPLYING WITH ASTM F 1436 AS ITS PRIMARY BARRIER IN LIEU OF A FENCE SAFETY BARRIER. IT IS THE OWNER’S RESPONSIBILITY FOR PROPER OPERATION (INCLUDING MAINTAINING THE COVER IN THE CLOSED POSITION WHEN THE POOL IS NOT IN USE) AND MAINTENANCE OF THIS SAFETY COVER.
