Nonstructural re-roofing. The project includes removal of existing roofing as needed and installation of a new roofing system with TAMKO Tital XL shingles, synthetic underlayment, ice and water protection and ridge ventilation. It also includes installation of a seamless 6" K-style gutter system with downspouts and related accessories for proper drainage. An allowance is included for up to seven sheets of plywood replacement if damaged decking is found. Work also covers debris disposal, site cleanup and final inspection excluding structural or unrelated repairs unless specified.
