provide and install a completely new heating and a/c system for the house; the work includes 5 separate hvac systems serving the designated areas of the house, including new Trane A/R handlers, outdoor condensers, hydronic heating coils, ductwork, refrigerant piping, condensate drainage, zoning controls, and associated mechanical controls;; all equipment and systems shall be installed in accordance with the approved plans.
