• Met owner at property to discuss nine Pine Trees sought for removal at side and rear yards. Five new trees will be required if all nine are removed. • One smaller caliper pine tree in corner of rear yard and one compromised dogwood in front yard can be removed without permitting requirements. • Bond and Tree Replacement Requirements to be emailed to owner for review. • Owner to decide to plant this season for permit or post Bond and re-plant post tree removals. • Should owner decide to proceed with Bond route the 3-month period will be extended as seasonal conditions may not warrant plantings.
