From the filingOn September 17,2026 a follow-up Inspection was conducted to verify the trees ownership as both trees appear to be on property line. • The trees between house #49 and #51 were measured off using the Survey of #49. • The tree closest to the street is within the property of #49. • The second tree is three quarters on the property of #51 and one quarter on #49 property. • The two neighbors are to discuss how they seek to proceed and complete the application process. • The comments of Sept. 14th, 2026 remain as: • Conducted inspection of trees owner seeks to have removed. • Two split trunk trees are in state of decline and decay and should be removed for aesthetic and liability reasons. • One new Village standard tree will be required to be planted on the property. 10/7/2026 Tree on site permit maybe issued.
