Inspected five trees owners seek to remove. Trees are in significant stages of decline/ decay. One new tree will be required to be planted on property. Owner may plant new tree in advance of permit issuance to forstall Bond Requirements and/ or post Bond for permit issuance. 9/23/26- Tree replanting approved
