TREE

Inspected one large Willow tree in westerly side yard. Tree roots have uprooted and are encroached upon foundation. Thenature of tree and present conditions warrant removal to forestall furtehr property damage and liability. No replanting nor Bond required. Owner also seeks and is approved to prune or remove two scrub tree/ bushes at rear property line in anticipation of future fencing.
