Conducted inspection of two front yard trees owner seek to have removed. Both trees are in concerning states of decline and decay. Discussed procedures with owner. A review of the property survey needs to be conducted to verify ownership of trees. Advised owner they should contact PSEG to have tree cleared back from power lines prior to removal. A Bond in the amount of $1250.00 must be posted for tree removals. Owner may chose to plant new trees prior to permit issuance and will advise this office. Tree replacement and License and Insurance requirements to be issued to owner. 3/10/26- Confirmed from survey trees are property owners.
