For 2nd Floor replacement - Installation of 106kbtu high-boy Thermo-Pride Spirit oil-fired furnace with Carlin burner, Rheem 13.4 SEER 3.5 ton indoor coil and Rheem A/C, to replace existing high-boy oil-fired furnace and a/c. New installation to be connected to existing supply and return ducts, air filter, oil line, condensate drain, flue gas piping and thermostat. Installation includes removal and disposal of existing unit, line set flush, flue piping, pad, and misc. to complete installation, including start up and adjustment. Additional cost if line set fails pressure test and needs to be replaced.
