Residential - Roofing

Strip existing asphalt shingles down to OSB sheathing on entire roof including attached garage. Replace all OSB sheathing on upper main roof only and replace with new CDX plywood. Install new Ice and water shield, seam tape and synthetic underlayment. Install new drip edge and all pipe flashing boots. Install new ridge vent and hip and ridge caps. Replace skylight with new unit.
