Removal of the existing oil-fired heating system and conversion to a new propane gas heating system at the property in Granby, Connecticut. Work includes removal and proper disposal of the existing oil boiler and oil tank, installation of the new propane-fired boiler and associated equipment, required piping and controls, venting, electrical connections, and system startup. All work will be completed in a clean, professional manner and in accordance with applicable codes and permit requirements.
