Residential - Alterations

Rebuild existing masonry chimney from roofline up. Remove deteriorated brick and crown down to sound masonry at roofline. Rebuild stack with new brick to match existing height, install new lead flashing, form new concrete crown with drip edge, and install stainless steel cap. No structural or below-roofline work included.
