Installation of Samsung ductless system for cooling and supplemental heating. 36K BTU outdoor unit to be located at north side with 9K BTU high wall unit in 1st floor master bedroom, 12K BTU highwall unit in 1st floor office, and 15K BTU highwall unit for 1st floor living room / kitchen. Refrigerant piping for office to be routed thru basement. Condensate overflow safeties to be installed in each indoor unit, drains are to terminate exterior to each indoor unit. Includes refrigerant piping, white line hide enclosures, drains, control wiring, and misc. to complete.
