On the first floor an approximate 8x11 area under an existing roof is being enclosed. Sona tubes will be used for the foundation here if the existing slab is not structural. An approximate 24x19 second floor addition is being constructed on existing first floor. Stormwater detention, 2 Cultec 330s are being added, per engineering.
