Captain's Pizza 5 is a full-service restaurant and pizzeria serving dine-in, takeout, and delivery customers. Food preparation includes pizzas, calzones, grinders, pasta, salads, burgers, fried appetizers, seafood, and other cooked meals. Kitchen operations include cooking, frying, baking, food preparation, dishwashing, utensil washing, and floor cleaning. Wastewater generated from these activities is discharged to the sanitary sewer through an approved grease interceptor.
