Work includes erosion and sediment controls, site clearing, excavation, grading, foundation and slab construction, wood framing for floors, walls, ceilings, and roof, roof sheathing and roofing installation, exterior windows, doors, siding, and trim, plumbing, electrical, low-voltage, and HVAC rough-ins, insulation, drywall hanging and finishing, interior trim and doors, cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, and painting, installation of plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, HVAC equipment, appliances, gutters, garage doors, interior stairs, exterior deck, driveway, landscaping, final grading, site restoration, and all incidental labor, materials, and inspections required to complete the project as shown on the approved construction documents.
