Coastal Site Plan Review

Existing site contains two single-family dwellings. We are proposing to tie in rain gutter leaders to an underground storm water retention system for the renovated dwelling that was recently elevated to comply with FEMA flood zone regulations. No other excavation or soil disturbing activities are required for the project. Adjacent properties are residential.
