The project includes additional impervious surface associated with the proposed garage/driveway improvements. Stormwater runoff will be managed by an onsite subsurface detention/infiltration system consisting of Cultec 330XLHD units, designed to detain the increase in runoff and provide zero increase in runoff for the 25-year storm event.
