Wire newly constructed small ADU in left side yard of home. wiring of open living/ kitchen space, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, heating/ cooling system. All wiring to NEC standards. Run 100 amp sub panel into building from existing 200 amp electrical panel in house. Supply pool contractor 40 amp electric line to rear corner of building. Pool related wiring and electrical work will be a separate project and pool contractors responsibility/ separate permit.
