Install 60 amp 120/240vac subpanel next to existing main panel. Move dryer circuit from the main panel and into sub panel and use it's breaker space to feed the sub panel. Out of the sub panel, Install 20a 240vac circuit outside to mini split inverter type air source heat pump. Include local disconnect, 120vac 15a service receptacle and wiring to new unit.
