Reroof garage and shed. Strip all shingles. Inspect plywood. Replace rotted or damaged plywood. Install Ice and water shield 6 ft on all eaves. Install seam tape on all areas not covered in ice and water shield. Install synthetic roof underlayment on all areas not covered in ice and water shield. Install F-8 aluminum drip edge on entire perimeter of home. Install starter shingles on all eaves. Install Owens Corning Duration shingles on garage and shed. Install Owens Corning hip and ridge shingles. Clean up materials and all debris.
