Roof Replacement - R

Remove one existing layer of roofing and install approximately 29 squares of GAF architectural asphalt shingles and approximately 4 squares of fully adhered 60-mil TPO roofing. Work includes roof deck inspection/repairs as required, synthetic underlayment, ice and water protection, drip edge, ridge ventilation, flashing, TPO insulation/cover board and associated roofing accessories. Replace one damaged rear porch gutter section.
