REPLACE WOOD SIDING WITH HARDIE BOARD SIDING AND REMOVE 2 FRONT & 2 REAR DECKS AND REBUILD, INCL ALL NEW FOOTINGS Replacing existing wood siding with 21 square of new James Hardie siding. Demo and hauling away 4 decks - 2 front and 2 rear. Installing 3 new cement footings on lower rear deck. Framing and installing 2 new front decks and 2 new rear decks. Front Lower Deck (20'5x7'5) Front Upper Deck (23'5x5'9) Rear Lower Decks (20'5x7'5) with three new cement footings and three 7'10 posts. Rear Upper Deck (23'5x5'9). Installing TimberTech deck boards and rail systems on all 4 new construction decks.
