Fence

We propose to install a new fence to connect the existing fences on the property, creating a continuous enclosure. The new fence will match the style, material, and appearance of the existing fences. The installation will comply with all applicable Village of Dobbs Ferry regulations, including a maximum height of 4 feet within the required front yard and a maximum height of 6 feet behind the front yard. The fence will be constructed in accordance with all applicable zoning and building requirements.
