Windows/ Doors Replacement

We are replacing the entire house windows using new construction windows from Sierra Pacific, windows to be in the same existing openings, rear bedrooms to be replaced using casement with a center rail to mimic the double hung as per existing, we are also replacing the exterior doors with fiberglass doors same pattern. ALL WINDOWS TO BE U27 OR BETTER AS PER APPROVED SPECS.
