Installation of New propane warm air furnace to replace existing oil furnace. Installation to include Rheem R96TA0702317MSA gas warm air 2 stage furnace with LP conversion kit, exhaust & intake venting, neutralizing condensate pump, gas piping up to 20' to gas regulator, air filter, duct work transition to complete replacement of existing oil furnace. Includes start up and testing of new furnace. Also includes removal and disposal of oil furnace and oil tank. LP gas service to be installed by others and will be coordinated by Fire and Ice regarding placement of tanks and Regulator location.
