Stripped the entire roof of the existing one layer and dispose of old material via dumpster. Install two courses of grace, ice and water shield to all heated sections of the building. Above the ice and water, shield, tape all plywood joints, and cover with roofing underlayment. Install Tamko Titan architectural shingles. Replace existing ridge vent with shingle vent two and cover with matching caps.
