Building - Residential - Alterations

Supply and install 8 new Marvin and Anderson windows, one 3/0 front hinged door and three 6/0 sliders. Two of the sliders in the dining room existing window will be removed and two new opening framed. Install a double 1 3/4 x 9 1/2 LVL (see reports) with a double 2 x 6 jacks. Two small windows in the living room will be removed and the open framed to new 3 wide unit with a double 1 3/4 x 9 1/2 LVL with double 2 x 6 posts. Master bedroom remove existing gable end window and reframe for two French case master windows. Reframe with 2 x 6 with a double 2 x 8 header to tie wall back in. Install windows and doors by flashing sill framing with Zip Stretch tape. Install windows and doors with low expand spray foam insulation. Remove existing cedar clapboards on new deck side on separate permit. Apply house wrap to gable end and 1/2 foam board as a thermal break. Install 1/2 x 6 Hardi Plank lap siding with PVC outside corners.
