Remove and properly dispose of all existing baseboard fin tube scheduled for replacement. Furnish and install new baseboard heating fin tube of identical or comparable size in existing locations where layout remains unchanged. Modify, relocate, or reroute heating piping and baseboard locations where required due to changes in the homes layout. Install kick space heaters in designated locations where baseboard heat cannot be maintained due to cabinetry, wall restrictions, or revised design conditions. Heating piping to be installed using copper or oxygen-barrier PEX, as appropriate for the application. All new piping and heating components will be installed in accordance with standard hydronic heating practices and applicable code requirements.
