Remove existing outlets in the half of the basement that is being worked on. Remove existing junction boxes in the ceiling of the half of the basement being sheetrock. Add outlets per code in the newly framed rooms which will be a living room, one bedroom and one bathroom. Add hardwire combination detectors per code in the basement. Add three new circuits in basement, one 20A GFCI protected circuit, one 15A Arc fault protected circuits and one circuit for Combination detectors. Add recess cans in all three newly built rooms in basement. Received affidavit from owner. No bedroom(s) without egress in basement.
