Building - Residential - Roofing

Strip existing one layer of old roofing material off of the roof and dispose of via dumpster. Install two rows or 6 feet of Grace, Vicor ice and water shield. Above the ice and water, shield tape all plywood joints, and cover with roofing underlayment. Install Tamko Titan architectural shingles. Replace existing ridge vent if there is any and cover with matching cap shingles.
